The GBC Notice board (situated next to the new cash point/phone box on the High Street) has not been serviced since last autumn. Unfortunately GBC can no longer support servicing any of their local notice boards due to the continued need to meet their reduced budgets.
Thanks to Councillor Graham Burgess, who understands the local need for such a notice board, sufficient funds have now been found to install the new board, providing that Lee Residents Association provides the manpower to run and manage it. As usual, we have no shortage of volunteers within our committee and therefore have welcomed Graham’s proposal with open arms!
